Admissions Administrator – Further Education
We are now recruiting a Temporary Admissions Administrator to be based with our client near Fulham in West London.
This is a Full-time, office-based position with hours 9am-6pm. The assignment is to start immediately with a pay of 12.50 per hour.

- Handle inquiries and applications: Work closely with each course leader/coordinator to make sure that inquiries and applications are handled by phone and email in a timely and professional way.
- Quickly and professionally respond to incoming calls and emails, as well as take and relay messages.
- Assist team in maximising the number of students enrolled in each course to meet set goals. Show that you are knowledgeable of sales strategies and how to effectively convert candidate leads.
- Process payments and make sure that all course fees are paid in accordance with the institution's Terms & Conditions and prior to the start of each course.
- Assist in uploading student records to the database and sending student acceptance letters in accordance with UK Visas & Immigration standards.
- Assist in organising the interviews of prospective students with employees, tutors, and applicants.
- Coordinate the admissions database and system. Prepare reports outlining a statistical analysis of patterns in applications and inquiries for the senior management team to review.
Individual Profile: •
- Strong administrative and coordination skills – It's a bonus if it's in an educational institution however not essential.
- Well-versed in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently
- Adaptable and eager to take on all essential tasks and support other staff members in the fulfillment of other responsibilities.
