A position as a Temporary Project Co-ordinator is available with our client, a dynamic organisation in SW London.

This role will start as a temporary position and provided everything goes well, will move to a permanent position in due course. 

The role is 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch (flexibility provided) 

The overarching goal of this position is to offer excellent project coordination and administration support for a range of projects and events, supporting the project manager and carrying out tasks as needed to satisfy the client's needs and provide a high-quality service.

  • To provide project assistance for projects and events as needed, which may include external client and supplier interaction, consultant booking, coordination and preparation of training materials, venue booking, information dissemination, and monitoring of progress to ensure deadlines are reached.
  • Face-to-face and telephone client contact; participation in client meetings as appropriate; updating the client on project progress; and attendance at client review meetings.
  • Ensure that all crucial information about project-based activities is accurate.
  • Update project summary costs for completed projects to keep financial records current at the end of each month.
  • Regularly update the project calendar with confirmed, postponed, and canceled reservations.
  • Create project timelines, budgets, projections, and billing strategies in collaboration with directors
