For nearly 50 years, our client has provided opportunities and assistance to individuals with learning disabilities. In order to help those with learning disabilities access opportunities in their communities, participate fully in society, and lessen their need on resources, they support and creatively encourage them.

The objective of the Employment Support Worker is to assist and if necessary coach clients who have impairments or other health issues at work

This role is paying £13 per hour and the temp assignment is 2-3 weeks.  The days are Monday to Friday.

  • To help clients with their regular responsibilities
  • Understand and abide by regulations governing privacy, data protection, and health and safety.
  • Taking notes and recording minutes during meetings
  • Assisting others in completing their job tasks and carrying out work as specified by the customer.

Depending on the demands of the customer, the nature of the function and its particular requirements may alter.

General Responsibilities 

  • Adhere to all applicable principles, procedures, and guidelines, including as those regarding confidentiality of information, equal opportunity, health and safety, and children and vulnerable adults.
  • To portray the business in a favorable light in a range of circumstances and handle general inquiries with professionalism.
  • Although regular office, retail, and hospitality sector hours will be followed, the job holder must be adaptable in order to accommodate the business's demands.
  • Maintain records and write up your work's results.
  • Stay informed on challenges and best practices related to the Access to Work program.
  • Participate in the assistance provided by your coworkers and take any necessary training.
  • Take on any additional tasks that are appropriate and related to the organisation's job that the management team may seek.
