Project Support Administrator
We have an opportunity for a Project Support Administrator with a well established organisation in Richmond.
The objective of this role is to support the team from an administrative standpoint across network systems, and collaborate with and support the project management across a number of initiatives across the business.
This role is paying £24,600 PA. This position is a Hybrid role so working between home and office full time 5 days a week (35 hours)
Snapshot of the responsibilities include
- Responding to inquiries quickly and effectively
- Help the other stakeholders manage project teams' email inbox on a daily basis.
- Support the Project Manager's administrative needs.
- Support the creation of documentation, including forms, paths, processes, guidelines, and toolkits, and store it centrally.
- As part of the preparation for the launch of new systems, provide administrative assistance for the information-gathering and data-recording process by creating surveys and tracking replies.
- Ensure that data entered from customer evaluation forms is correct.
- Express any issues brought up via evaluation forms to the network support coordinator as soon as possible.
- This list is not complete, and the position holder will be required to do other tasks that are appropriate for the position.
Experience
- At least 2 years’ experience providing administrative support
- Experience with MS products Word, Excel and MS Teams
- Experience working with databases including the inputting and reporting of information
- Experience and good working knowledge of using MS Teams
