Administrator (CS)
We have an opportunity for a Customer Services Administrator to join our client with a well-established organisation in Uxbridge (West London)
Hours are: 09:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 – 17:00 Friday
Salary is 25 -26k PA
Role objective is:
To handle all inquiries in a professional manner on behalf of your clients in order to assist and enable the efficient operation of the sales department.

- Taking care of all client returns, including selecting those eligible for repair, credit, or replacement.
- Taking incoming phone calls
- Timed delivery calls, as well as follow-ups to make sure they're effective.
- Handling sales orders.
- Providing the sales team with assistance as needed
- Resolving post-purchase issues, such as delayed delivery and product shortages
- Handling online orders
