Temporary Administrator – Farnham
Temporary Administrator required to start 1st November 2022 – Farnham, Surrey.
You will be in the office working in the office Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm.
Hourly rate of pay £12-13p/h
The main duties will include:
Answer all incoming calls
Ensure all photocopiers, printers and plotters are full of paper
Open all post and distribute
Collate outgoing post and deliver to post office
Type all letters as requested
Prepare electrical schedules for new jobs
Type purchase orders with attachments and relevant documentation as requested
Call off purchase orders/check quantities delivered to purchase order
Help arrange Christmas events and stock
