If we haven’t worked together before, then we suggest that we both follow a focused and consistent process to ensure the best outcome. We are of course open to adapting this process if you prefer.
Step 1
Its important to us that we find you the right person that can contribute more than just skills & experience to your company. Therefore we need to understand your business, your company history, your brand, your corporate and office culture as well as the job brief. Far too often these factors are overlooked resulting in the wrong fit for both client and candidate.
Step 2
For us to find the best candidate for the job, we need to know as much as possible about the open position. If you don’t have a job brief we are happy to help you formulate one. Sometimes it’s the small details that can make all the difference to finding the right hire. The more info we have the better we can sell you, your company and the position to the right person.
Step 3
Our team will leverage a number of different channels to find the right hire for your company. We employ the latest sourcing technologies, utilise our existing network of industry contacts, job portals, social media channels and of course our website, which receives visits from a high number of job-seeking candidates each day.
Step 4
This is when we shortlist appropriate candidates and conduct in-depth interviews. (or any relevant competency tests / DBS Checks required. As previously mentioned we go beyond just looking at candidate’s skills and experience to make informed assessments as to whether the candidate would fit into your company culture and be successful in your organisaiton.
Step 5
We now present you with a shortlist of the most suitable candidates, including their profiles and CVs for your consideration and feedback.
Step 6
When you select the candidates that you deem most suitable, we manage the interview process from start to finish either via a face to face meeting, phone or video –conference.
We also offer a private meeting room in our own offices at St Margaret's if you prefer to hold more discreet interviews on site.
Step 7
Following the interviews we collect detailed feedback from both parties, we then follow the process through to the next steps in order to bring us closer to an offer stage.
Step 8
This is arguably the most important part of the process. Once you have decided on your preferred candidate, we will manage the delivery of the offer along with the negotiation and acceptance on your behalf. If you wish we can also handle the references, qualification checks and any other pertinent details to ensure that the on-boarding goes as smoothly as possible.
