Deborah has committed over 25 years to the recruitment industry and served her apprenticeship at Blue Arrow Recruitment; where she was named 'Top Recruiter' for four consecutive years (she has a natural talent for it), Deborah then went on to start Lamb Personnel, which has become one of the leading permanent and temporary agencies in SW London over the past 18 years.
Deborah holds a Bachelors degree in English and Media and in her (sadly limited) spare time, enjoys cooking, travel, zumba and spending time with family and friends.
Fun Fact: After graduating and before her recruitment career, Deborah lived in Cyprus for a year, before travelling the world working on a cruise ship where she sang and danced in the cabaret! Now the only singing and dancing Deborah gets to do (sadly) is in the kitchen, with her young daughter who she is immensely proud of! Although juggling a child and a recruitment business is a busy and complex task, however, it's one in which Deborah excels at!!
