  • General public enquiries are dealt with quickly using the highest level of customer service in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders and customers
  • Supporting all tasks related to sports bookings
  • To check and help ensure all coaching equipment is available, suitable, stored and used appropriately.
  • Programme support, Promotion and Development
  • To assist with the running of all main venues.
  • To maintain and develop the venue ensuring increased and sustained participation.

Project Support Administrator

We have an opportunity for a Project Support Administrator with a well established organisation in Richmond. 

The objective of this role is to support the team from an administrative standpoint across network systems, and collaborate with and support the project management across a number of initiatives across the business. 

This role is paying £24,600 PA.  This position is a Hybrid role so working between home and office full time 5 days a week (35 hours)
